LNG 17 delegate registration opens from 14 – 19 April 2013.

If you have registered online please print and bring your confirmation email with you along with photo I.D such as drivers licence or passport. Scan the barcode at the designated Scan and Go counters. Please note we will not be mailing badges.

Please note, no cash or check payments will be taken onsite – please ensure you have a major credit card to make payment. Delegates will not be admitted into the conference until full payment is received.

 Payment Terms

Registration fees are payable in U.S. Dollars ($). You will need to complete your credit card details as part of the online registration process in order to secure your booking.

Please note that any online registrations received with a declined payment will not be confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

The deadline for cancellation is 15 February 2013. Should you wish to cancel or modify your registration you must notify the LNG 17 Conference Registration Manager in writing before this date.

Cancellation will incur an administration fee:

Delegates: $300
Accompanying Persons: $75

Refunds will be reimbursed 60 days after the end of the event. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 15 February 2013.
Registrations may only be transferred to another member of the same organization. No transfers will be accepted after 15 March 2013.

To secure your place on the conference you must make payment at the end of your online registration application. After 29 March 2013 delegates will have to register on-site during the official registration hours.
